Harvest Bistro wasn’t always what it is today. In 1996, our owner, Tushar Patel, assumed ownership of a delicatessen known as “On a Roll,” serving the Madison community for over 20 years. However, after facing challenges and deep reflection, he sought to reimagine his business more meaningfully and creatively.
